Bonnet

I have a '52 TD with a strange bonnet.  On BOTH sides there is a
matching bulge.  Now the one on the left side is normal but  the one on
the left side usually isn't there on other TD's.  It is larger that most
of the Mark II bulges I've seen.  Like I said both sides are symmetric.
Any ideas why I have a lump on the right side or what type of a car this
bonnet really came off of?
