FW: Door Glass Removal - 73B

I am trying to get the glass out of the drivers side door so I can replace
the outside window seal.  The Bentley manual says to unbolt the window
mechanism and then release the glass from the retaining arc.  I've gotten
stuck at this point trying to figure out what they mean by that (it isn't on
any of the diagrams).  I assume it is the bit the glass actually sits in,
but still haven't determined how to release the glass from it. Advice
appreciated.
