Sorry, no help with the overdrive here, but my $.02 :
If you don't have a multi-meter already, go get one, or at least ask for one
for Xmas/B-day!
I got a decent digital for $20 at Wal-Mart. An invaluable tool for fighting
the good fight against the Prince of Darkness.
