Bruce, you need an air regulator that cuts the pressure down from the compressor to supply the proper reading for whatever tools you are going to use. Air tools use about 90 PSI whereas spray guns need about 40 to 45 at the gun for lacquer for example. Leave the On and Off pressure on the compressor alone. Those are the proper settings. |
