Rick,

The only thing I can assist with is the oil release valve if this is what
you mean by oil relef valve.  Look on page 6 of the Moss catalog (Edition
MGB 09)  It shows part 35,36,37,38 and 39.  These are all parts of the oil
relase valve system. Not especially easy to access with engine in.
