MGB keys from numbers

Help,

    My new 77 MGB came without keys, except for the botched ignition. The BMIHT
certificate that I just received today lists the numbers of the car's keys.  I
know that you can cut a key for a TD's ignition from the numbers on the lock.
Can that be done for an MGB?  We have had a locksmith on the list in the past.
Are you still there?  Can anyone help on this one?  I'd rather not have to
change all of the locks.  TIA.
