At first it was thought be a Watneys Pint Beer Glass cooler to place under
ones pint of English ale (12 V supply)........however from an earlier thread
you may find it is a sensor for a seat belt warning light.

Greeting All,
I'm new to this group, and to owning a British car :). I hope
somebody can
help me identify this part:
This part is attached to two wires that drop through the floor board under
the drivers seat of my 79 MGB. I have taken it apart and it is a simple on
off switch. What it activates I'm not sure. P. S. The writing says "MADE IN
ENGLAND SPARTO REF. No. 7471-2". Any help would be appreciated.
