Hi Bruce,

  When I installed the Crane ignition in my B, I drilled the lug out of
the molded plastic insert that the wire going to the points connects
to.  Then I enlarged the hole and ran the pickup cable thru that hole. 
I put a little CA glue on the cable tubing and it also provided a strain
relief.
