I read the original of this mail this morning. After a very long
after-work drinks session I noted the content and decided that my head
was not salvageable and went back to bed.
Usually a quick topless run down to the beach and back clears the
cobwebs, but even at 09:00hrs it was too hot and humid here to
contemplate - and on Sunday they are giving us another 100+ (F) day.
I need to get the car in the air and the wheels off to give it a decent
going-over before I thrust it into the hands of the 'experts' for some
final comments before I do my marathon run, but it is FAR too hot my tin
shed to be up under a car (and it is not dropping down below 80(F) until
the early hours of the morning - and a guy would need to be an insomniac
and have very understanding neighbours to take advantage of this).
