Dave,
My SU reference book shows that the 136F and 136R were used on the 67/68
Midget. They are a type HS2. Perhaps the DPO wanted to add a leftover tag for
"originality" looks. F and R referring to front and rear positions.

Of course it could be a typo in the book.
