MGB '77 fuel pump probs.

Hello all,

I am having problems with my fuel pump...it's not working. I checked and
it is getting voltage (12.45 V according to my multimeter). Can I get a
remanufactured one and where? is it hard to remove/install? Is there any
special tricks I should know?
