Sounds like a decent price but you might be able to get it for even
less. It also sounds like it probably needs new exhaust, brakes and
maybe a carb rebuild and some electric work (everything that ISN'T
"good" probably needs work!)You can haggle using the cost of replacing
those components.
Above all -- take a magnet with you and look for rust and bondo covering
up rust!!! Telltales are in the sills (look at the front of the rear
wheel wells) and in the trunk (if the trunk is carpeted, look
underneath!)Also pull up the carpet and look at the floorpans.
