There has been some discussion about these cubes. Some folks have been sold
the wrong one! They come in a number of different pressures. My favorite
catalog, J.C. Whitney has all of them listed. We need the lowest pressure
one. I can't elaborate because I thought I had a catalog at work and don't.
I'll have to bring one.
They are the same ones sold under a bunch of different names including
Purolator. JC wants about $36. for them, Moss around $70.
I have one installed on my MGC in series with the SU pump. That way the SU
will never go bad. I can use either pump or neither for when I want to drain
the carbs.
Don't let a parts house sell you the wrong one. There is one that will work
with our cars.
