I could give you several references on the southeast coast  (Ft. Lauderdale 
area) where I live. If your gulf coast destination is in the Naples area, 
it's only an hour across Alligator Alley to Ft. L.  If you're looking for an 
overhaul or to fix a nagging minor problem, fine; but if the car won't run, 
?.   If you're in the Tampa area, that's 3 hours away.

In any case, good luck in Florida---it's MG weather all year round.
