I once had a vehicle that was pulling to one side due to one brake caliper
hanging up.  The weird part was, it would even out under braking.  It
turned out to be the flex hose for that side was deteriorated and
collapsed on the inside, and would not relieve the pressure.  Replace
both of them, bleed your brakes and see if that helps.

Failing that, check your suspension for worn joints which would throw it
out of alignment, even if everything were tight it would probably be worth
taking it to a front end shop to get the toe checked to eliminate the
possibility.
