There are sources on line that detail home construction of the wood dash
and a wood rimmed steeering wheel for the MGA.  I wasn't interrested in
them myself at the time, so I didn't bookmark the URLs, but someone here
will surely point you in the right direction.  Building your own wire
wheels on a limited budget might be a bigger challenge.
