I thought you ment a con rod until I read on.
Bent pushrods are usually the result of overtightening when making 
adjustments.  Because they are relatively new and have little wear I suggest 
that you check the others very carefully and replace only those that are 
damaged.  The likelyhood of lifter damage is small as you mention no other 
symptoms.
