BMIHT question

I am in the process of filling out the BMIHT application for my newly
acquired '71 B. On the "vehicle details" section of the application, they
ask for the car/chassis number. What exactly is this number? Is this the VIN
(GHN5UB247604G), the commission number (G.23N.032913Z) or body number
(MGBU312131)? They also ask for "any other numbers" in a later section.
Should I include the remaining 2 numbers above here? Thanks.
