When loading the motor into the back of the pickup;

1. Use the right tools, take the time to get them. A very short winch
made by slave labor in China and a few straps and scraps of plywood does
not qualify.

2. Consider that it really is 'OK' to ask the man across the street for
help (the neighbor whose driveway you have snowblown twice for this
year). 

3. Despite your instincts, some things are indeed heavier than you would
think, including engine blocks mounted on motor stands for some reason.

3. DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY OF THE ABOVE IN 10f WEATHER WHEN THE WIND IS OUT
OF CANADA AT A VELOCITY GREATER THAN THE TEMPERATURE.
