Barney, Sounds like you have caught yourself a verry nasty worm. My anti-virus online definations page (http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/prettypark.worm.html) describes it as something nasty, and also tells how to manually remove it from your system without a formal anti-virus.
