Maybe, Jay. I have seen "ground-up restos" where "plates" have been removed
and an entirely "different" car done then plates reattached.
One TR (sorry) was org Black car, has been 100 point green car and last I saw
it was a 98 point Chrome Yellow with BGR Stripe Kit.
My point is/was that w/o the BMIHT Cert. YOU JUST PLAIN DON'T KNOW how it
left the line!
