Make sure that with the doors shut the 1/4-lights only just touch the
rubber.  IMHO too much contact here *is* the cause of the CoD, if you get to
drive on less than perfectly smooth tarmac just put your thumb across the
gap and see how much 'scuttle shake' you can feel.
