I have a question regarding V belts in general. The alternator / a/c compressor mounting in my B is by no means stock. All is mounted and nice, but the belt squeals whenever I have my foot on the gas. The belt is tight. Would mis alignment (all pulleys not in a straight line) cause squeal?
