rubber bumper gt

I just bought a 74.5 rubber bumper b gt,  rust free car.

the vin # is GHD5UE361164G...can any one tell me how many were made or 
imported?

what the differences are to a reg bgt, and how many were made. this one has  
a/c (nicely done  i must say on both sides...not your usual lump on the 
passenger side).
