Well, I'm going to welcome myself back to the list after about a
year's hiatus. To review, I have a '72 B roadster that's had a long and
stoied history, at least since I've owned it, little of which is relevant here.
I happened apon a set (well, 4) wire wheels in good condition, and
at an even better price a while ago, so I'm planning the steel to wire
conversion this summer. I have the front hubs (though one is a little
questionable), so basically I'm looking for:
1 14" wire wheel in decent (lots of latitude) shape for a spare
1 front hub, and
2 rear Moss wire wheel conversion hubs (the shorter ones)
or
whatever parts from a rear end I need to make the switch (it looks like just
axle halves and hubs, right?)
I'm driving from Boston to St. Paul, MN this weekend, so people
along the way, I'm talking mostly to you, but I'll pay to ship stuff if I
have to.
