Hans, thanks for the response I found the problem to my crazy blinkers. I 
was using the wrong bulb up front in the bumper lights. I still have two 
more problems to deal with.

I get no power to the windshield washer pump, stop light switch, break 
failure switch, reverse lights, stop lights. I have no blown fuses and 
there is power coming out of the green cables from the fuse box.

Any ideas will be appreciated.  Oh! and Hans your friend Lucas is yet to
