No way Allen!! Barney's just a guy who has a lot of fun with his car, and
since he uses it like these cars were supposed to be used, he's got a lot
better resources that us folks who only drive our cars 10,000 miles a year
or less. We forget how to diagnose on the fly, and since not as many of us
are broke students any more, we don't do as many Grapes of Wrath Repairs as
we used to. Of course, I don't know if my looks would be enough anymore to
get some poor guy to push me 14 miles to a gas station anymore!! Worked
pretty good when I was 20 though. I have great respect for Barney, and
when i take the BGT on its cross country trip, I will definitely have to
see what the Chicagoland MG club is doing. Nina
