The workshop that did the 'eu kontroll' ( MOT), said that the compression on
my engine is 13:1.
This may not be correct.
I checked with some people, about a thicker head-gaskes, or doing some work
on the cylinder head.
I got some questions, so I had to call the workshop back. They had only
measured the compression
by removing the spark plug. The comression on my car is 13 bar. This is
high, I am told, but it does
not mean that the compression is 13:1, I am told. Someone gave me an
detailed instruction on how
I then need to measure the volume in the cylinder, and cylinder head.
I have just left the car at another work shop, with a rolling road. I am
very excited, he is well known
and has been recomended by many.
