Robert, I assume you're talking about 4th gear...?
Unless you find someone with the exact same tire size
and axle ratio, you won't really be getting an
apples-to-apples comprison, I don't think. For
example, my car (76B with 175/70s in the front and
185/70s in the rear - don't ask!) turns about 3100 rpm
at 60 mph in 4th gear - however, I have a 69
differential in it and have no idea of the axle gear
ratio, so....
