 All,

  I got on the Castrol website and asked them about foaming issue if
their detergent oils is used in the MGB overdrive tranny.  The forwarded
answer seems so general that I'm following up on it.  Going to see if
the'll be more specific as to allowable pressures.

For your restored MGB Roadster, our Technical Department recommends either GTX
20W-50
or our part synthetic, Syntec Blend 20W-50.

As for the foaming issue, all of our oils are provided with an anti-foaming
additive.
