Well, how much do you want to spend?  They make money when they charge
$4000 or so for a good job.  Other than spending $1000 for an HVLP paint
system and $200+ plus for paint and materials and doing it yourself your
options are limited.

One source that has worked for me is to stop by some auto body supply
stores and check out the bulletin board by the coffee pot.  There
usually are plenty of cards from both shops and freelancers who use the
boss's shop after hours.  You can sometimes find spay booths for rent
too if you want to DIY it.
