Tom,

You have a tandem master cylinder which means it is two master cylinders in
one.  One half has failed so you need to rebuild or replace the master
cylinder.  That is why you have two lines coming out of the m/c, each coming
from a separate pressure chamber with separate piston although they are
pinned together.
