mgb a-arms

Hello,
I am rebuilding my front suspension on my 72 mgb.  When looking at the outer
bolt holes on the a-arms, one side (passenger) has ovalized holes from wear,
while the other (driver) has perfectly round holes.  Should I replace the
a-arms with the ovals?  If so, do I need to replace the other side with new
ones as well to match?  Any advice appreciated,
