On my 72 B there are wheels at the top of the vents that open and close
them. I don't recall which way opens or closes them.

With the advent of the cooler weather, I've noticed that the center dash
vents are
always open. How can they be shut? The lever under my dash opens and
closes an
airflow from under the dash, but does not seem to effect the dash vents at
all.
