Hello Listers,
Proceeding along with my 68 GT resto I installed the angle drive required at
the speedometer end only to find that the speedometer and odometer are
moving at an abnormally accelerated rate. At an estimated 30mph the
speedometer reads around 60 mph or so? Thinking it may only be a
speedometer error I checked the odometer and it also indicates mileage
proportional to the speedometer.
There is an angle drive on the transmission end which looks like it has been
there for some time.
Are any of you experienced MGB owners familiar with this condition and what
may be the cause and correction?
