Dan, you expect us to reveal our sources of treasure! ;-)

Actually, knowing and working with two LBC specialists in SE PA, I can tell
you that they do have agreements with local junkyards (auto recyclers? HA,
too PC). The scrap yards picks these cars up for $25-$75 bucks and it is
worthwhile for them to work the deals out with the LBC specialists who
inturn pay a set price per car (usually), which may be like $300 or so. In
the warmer months, this can be a few cars a week that will get picked up and
then dropped off at the LBC guys... much more revenue than having it sit in
a junkyard and waiting for people to pluck the parts off. Most of the cars
are rotten scrap...

I was scrounging around U-Pull-It Auto Parts in Morrisville PA yesterday
afternoon, and there was a 70-72 B GT in their "DO NOT ENTER" section.
Stripped Jag shell was the only other LBC on location. Also a Porsche 914
about knee deep in mud, boot lid might be salvageable (it was not a 914-6, I
checked).

In NJ? Give East Brunswick Foreign Car a call, Attila Sr. is pretty cool...
nice guy. Quite a few MGs on his grounds.

I'll pass on another note later in the week, I've got a lead on some new
looting grounds! We'll see what is actually there though.

Kai
