I think most paint stores do this. I am able to get fill yourself paint
sprayers at my local auto paint store. It's a large baby food jar with a
CO2 sprayer that screws on top. The sprayer contains the head and
propellant. When the gas runs out you just screw a new one on getting
both a new head and gas refill. Very handy for small repairs although I
have done a whole door with it.
