A friend used patterns from Todd Clarke Spares (215.348.0595) and was very
pleased. He did say some final 'shaping' was necessary, as I found I had to
do as well.
FWIW, I used 3/8 marine and used old bicycle inner tubes as a seal 'tween
the boards and the board frame rails.
