Thanks,  I have driven on the interstate and timed a mile(s).  The odometer 
seems to be accurate (the only gauge on the car that does), but the 
speedometer says I am doing 80-85 and the tach says about 2200 RPM.  Tires 
are standard, but I don't know about the rear end gearing.

There's nothing like taking your new beauty out on the road, top down, hair 
blowing, seeing the speedometer on 85 and then getting sucked off the road by 
trucks by trucks blowing by.  Tends to make one suspicious....
