Well, took the plunge and ordered the 1000-lb engine stand from Harbor
Freight today, and was pleased to see that they had free shipping! Similar
stand was available at Northern Tool for $10 less - but shipping to NJ was
over $30! Also ordered a shop light, which I desperately need to replace
my single-bulb work light. I forgot to order the drip pan but have some
big rectangular, heavy-duty aluminum pans in my basement that ought to do
the trick...
Any of the NE-based listers going to the Falmouth car show on Sunday,
10/7? My wife and I are actually going to be on Cape Cod for a few days so
will be checking out the show....
