Bill, this may seem obvious but... After installing new radiator hoses on
my '76B this spring, I noticed a similar phenomenon - small puddle below
the lower hose, where it connected to the radiator, after driving the car.
Turns out the clamp needed another turn of the tightening screw and all
has been well since then....
