Hello all:
I am putting my engine back into the car after a total rebuild, so far no
left over parts save one. Where the hell does this part go?
So I need help identifying this bracket. A picture of it is at:

It is about 5.5 inches long and made of 60 thousands thick sheet metal. It
looks like it is a cable bracket.
