When did you last clean out the tube which runs from inside the vent on
the outside cowl ?
Get under the car (after putting it on jack stands ;) ) and look for
the rubber bulb at the end of a short piece of tubing - clean out the
bulb from the accumulated leaves and dirt - then clean out the tube
itself using a straightened out coat hanger or some such. More than
likely this is the source of your leak.
