Towing Trailer and New Question

I want to thank all who took time to give me their ideas on towing a trailer 
behind my 59 MGA.  I appreciate the information, now I just have to find the 
"right" one.

New question.  I don't have an arm rest between the seats.  Is that available 
from someone?  I have never seen one come up on eBay or listed in the usual 
catalogs.
