Start at 10K and go either up or down depending on what condition it (The 
MGC) is in. The market for "C's" is just starting to come into its own, so 
its really a sellers market at this point, that and the bottom line fact that 
only  4542 MGC's were ever made, plus 4,457 MGC-GT's  for a total of less 
than 9,000 "C's" (8999 exactly) ever made by the Abingdon factory. Production 
lasted only 2 years from 1967 to 1969 so if you can find a nice runner in 
good to great condition. Latch onto it, or you'll regret letting the little 
jewel escape. Who knows what it'll be worth next year? It's just too bad they 
didn't make anymore. At least then the price would be down to about what your 
average MGB sells for. Oh well, if cows could fly ...Albert Escalante, 1978
