BTW, Kai notwithstanding, dry sump systems typically consist of 3 or 4 stage
mechanically driven pumps. I am not aware of any electrically driven ones
(and didn't see any on APT's site) suitable for our cars.
I doubt that any electrical systems would be up to the flow requirements
without seriously beefing up the generating systems, and of all the systems
I'd want my bearings dependent on in a British car, the electrical is about
the LAST I'd choose!
