Has anyone had problems with a sticking Oil pressure relief valve?
One friend suggested that it might be my problem, and that it could
stick and develope too much pressure and blow the seal out.
Oh, I did check to make sure that there wasn't an old seal up in
there, despite having already pulled one out, and having looked up
there when the block was out of the car etc.

I've found something worse than oldies station that play the music I used to
listen to. Oldies stations that play the "new" music I used to complain about.
