Sills are toast. It's currently not running. Primary suspects are carb 
and (to a lesser extent) timing. Filthy. Needs love. 
But, other than the sills, it's pretty solid. It's all there, mostly 
needs cleaning. Has OD, tons of spares, and the motor was rebuilt not 
long before the PO stopped driving it. Should be pretty easy to 
resurrect.
