In response to those several messages regarding the need for gages, dashes,
etc...here is a "heads up" reminder that the Chicagoland MG Club will be
conducting its 7th Annual British Car Swap Meet & Autojumble on February 23,
2003. This event is held in suburban Chicago but draws a crowd from throughout
the midwest. The event is supported by all the British car clubs in Chicago &
consequently there are parts there for all kinds of cars. Anyone in reasonable
driving distance should consider attending...you will be amazed at what you find
(like, for axample, the barn-fresh, needs restoration, Twin Cam that showed up
on a trailer two years ago). The club has info at
http://www.britishcarswap.info
otherwise, I will happy to provide details to anyone who contacts me off the
list.
