Floor board drain thing

While removing the last of the nuts, bolts and rivets from my B, I
noticed that the passenger side floor board drain things (three on each
side at the front of the floor board) were drilled completely through.
Why somebody would do that is beyond me.  Anybody know where I can get
six of these?  I want to replace all of them.
